HP Recommended Product: Officejet 5740 Operating System: Android 7.0 - 7.1.2 NougatI have a Samsung S8 Plus, and I've had this issue for a very long time, including with previous smartphones.
My issue is that the prints are always blurry, where all of the letters and pictures get offset by a tiny bit. Each letter appears twice, but extremely close together, which makes it difficult to read the words.
While messing around with this today, I realized I'm able to get it to print normally if I go through the HP Smart app and solely use just that app to print. However, if I click on the pdf file and then print through my phone's built-in print set-up screen, I then get the blurry prints again.
Again, the issue occurs anytime I use my phone's built-in print menu option, but I don't have the issue if I only use the print menu in the HP Smart app to print.
This is frustrating because it's much more of a hassle this way. I want to be able to print stuff without having to switch apps, or to be able to print web pages without first saving it as a pdf.
